For Rajasthan Royals’ stand-in skipper Riyan Parag, winning the toss and opting to bowl turned into a nightmare. His bowlers had no answers as Hyderabad turned the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium into their personal batting playground!

Ishan Kishan smashed a phenomenal century on SRH debut, and was helped by contributions from Travis Head, Heinrich Klaasen, Nitish Reddy and Abhishek Sharma, as they piled up a mammoth 286/6; one run short of the IPL-record total. In reply, RR lost the wickets of Yashasvi Jaiswal, Riyan Parag and Nitish Rana inside the powerplay. Sanju Samson and Dhruv Jurel cracked fifties, but it wasn't enough for victory.
